Lost 3.6lbs! Walked/jogged/ran 49.8 miles this week....I think the extra exercise definitely helped bump up my weight loss. I just might have a chance at hitting my goal!

Signed up with Lifetime Fitness yesterday to begin working out doing some cardio, Water aerobics and strength training. Hoping to really start seeing the ponds fall off. Down 1.8 this week!

I also brought mine to the hospital but it was never used. I was instructed to begin using it once I returned. Six months later, I'm still using my cpap but hope once I meet my goal weight I'll be able to do another sleep study and be off of it for good!
