  1. HW (High Weight) 249 SW (Surgery Weight) 222 CW (Current Weight) 166 TPL (Total Pounds Lost) 83 TGP (Total Goal Pounds) 124 I didn't lose anything this week but I've noticed that the inches are still going down even when the scale doesn't. My size 12 shorts are getting baggy! (Faints)
  2. u are super sweet. Losing my hair was the worst part of this journey but it's temporary. Thankfully there are ways to cover it and it's coming back now. Like others have said I would do it again in a heartbeat!!
  3. This was before. And this is after.... (Cries) I have been taking a ton of Biotin since before the surgery on dec 30th. I've lost 80 lbs. I also get all of my Protein. I take prenatal Vitamins, Vit D, b-beautiful vitamins for hair, evening primrose, and a mega fruit and veggie supplement. My hair is now growing back after I added Iron and I just started rogain as well. I do use topik and can't imagine I could have made it without it when it was that bad. Finally it's growing back. Tons of tiny hairs are coming in. It started in month three and it's ending in month seven. Here is now. Mind u I am using topik in this pic and being creative in my parts these days.

  10. HW (High Weight) 249 SW (Surgery Weight) 222 CW (Current Weight) 168 TPL (Total Pounds Lost) 81 TGP (Total Goal Pounds) 124 June was my slowest weight loss so far. But made it to the 160's so I'm happy! Only 43 lbs left to go to hit my ultimate goal of 125 lbs.
  11. That's so strange that they are all different. My nut suggested gummies because they are more easily absorbed and I'd be more likely to take them. She was right, I take em everyday. All my vitamins are gummy now except the biotin which is the consistency of taffy.
  12. So I'm still stuck at 172.6 but I'm losing inches because my size 12's are getting a little baggy. I'm wearing cuter clothes now. Why was I always so scared of colors?? HW 249 SW 222 CW 172.6 TPL 76.4 lost TPG 124 47.6 pounds to go till I hit my goal of 125 lbs (I'm 5'1)
  13. You know what's weird? I've noticed whenever I go a couple of weeks with no weight loss is when the most ppl notice I've lost. Crazy! Anyway so now I'm at 172.8 ! Wearing size 12 and I'm 5'1 HW 249 SW 222 Dec 30 sleeved
  14. No loss this week unless u count hair
  15. HW 249 SW 222 CW 177.8 4.4 lbs lost. I missed checking in last week. Total loss so far 71.2 lbs!! Why do I still feel like I have 100 lbs to lose. I guess I have about 50 left to be at my ultimate goal. Hair loss is crazy and reallllllly getting to me! I am trying everything I know. Getting my protein in. Taking 15,000 biotin, prenatal vitamins, shampooing with nioxin shampoo and just started taking evening primrose oil because I heard it helps block the dht that's causing hairloss. Who knows guess I'll see if it slows down some.
  16. HW 249 SW 222 CW 182.2 Lost 1.4 lbs this week. I've lost 38 lbs since surgery on dec 30th. Total loss now is 66.8 lbs. I feels like I'm losing slow but I'm on plan everyday. I eat just about the same things everyday. Protein is up and taking lots of vitamins. I think I'll be bald before long! No other surgery has ever made my hair fall out so much. I really don't understand it. They say it's gonna stop, boy I hope they are right. Just started taking evening primrose oil and hoping that helps. I don't wanna be a bald, skinny girl lol
  17. HW 249 SW 222 CW 186.8 Lost 1.2 lbs this week. Not much but it's moving.
  18. No loss for me this week I hope that doesn't mean it's time for another stall
  19. HW 249 SW 222 CW 188 Lost 2.4 this week.
  20. I understand where u are coming from. I don't see it as judging those people. It's just that we have committed ourselves to this surgery and it helps to see before and afters. Not to say these people were already finished losing or anything. Maybe they are slow losers like me. Or maybe more of those who are struggling a bit showed up wanting to see that inspiration as well. Maybe the ones who lost the most didn't want to come because they are out enjoying life now and are all wrapped up in. Their wonderful new beginning. I'm always looking at pics and dreaming of what might be in my future so it's easy to understand that you were kinda disappointed that you didn't see that. Doesn't mean you judged them in any way at all. (Hugs)
  21. my surgeon and nut are 8 hours away so I don't have follow up care. It never occurred to me to ask about alcohol when I was there though because I'm not much of a drinker. So guess I wasn't worried about how soon I could add it. That's good information to know though! Thanks!
  22. HW 249 SW 222 CW 190.4 Lost 3.4 lbs this week! Yayyyyyy!!!
  23. Aww thank u for the well wishes lol I'm fine I'm really thankful that happened actually. It was an eye opener for sure!
