  1. This has happened to me a few times. I wasn't sick or feeling nauseated but i would bend over to pick something up and yeah i'd have to wipe my mouth! so weird! now i just keep my mouth shut lol
  2. I'm on month number 15 from my sleeve surgery (revised from failed lap-band) and I've done well. I have lost 103 lbs. I've gone from my all time high of 249 down to 146 and i'm 5'1" but... I'm bored with food! I really tend to eat the same things day after day. I have literally eaten this same menu for over a year. The only time i sway is occasionally going out to eat and by that I mean like once a month, and I still only eat about seven bites of whatever it is. I need some new ideas. Here is a list of things I almost always eat. So tell me, what do you eat?? Breakfast (any one of the following) Yoplait light yogurt Quest vanilla Protein bar coffee Egg Beaters 2 pieces of bacon ....Or about every three weeks I will have a Starbucks sugar free, hazlenut, breve, latte. mmmmmm lunch (any one of the following) Lean Cuisine Garlic chicken egg rolls (200 cals) Tyson Chicken Breast salad on 5 crackers (250 cals) Mini Lunchable Tuna Snacks (or could be a meal) 24 Almonds Pictsweet Edamame (my favorite snack of all time! and only 110 calories) Sugar Free Jello Black Olives with Laughing Cow cheese wedge Pickles and cheese stick 100 Cal Smart Pop corn Supper Consists of about five bites of these meats... (always grilled) Chicken Steak Pork Salmon ...and about four bites of veggies. All of the following veggies made with onion and cut up bacon... Green Beans Yellow Squash Okra Asparagus Mixed Veggies Broccoli Cauliflower Armadillo eggs
  3. Ive had it almost a year and ive had none of those issues either. Yay
  4. Ive got to stop doing this! But i keep sitting in a slight turn with a semi low cut top just to get my husband to fall over at the sight of my newly installed collarbones. Such a goof but dammit LOOK!! Lol
  5. This is my treat once a week. Lurrrveee Starbucks! But i don't like sugar. Fat I'm ok with because when i have one of these drinks (once a week) i am so full that i don't eat anything until supper. The fat keeps me full all day. Be sure to order it Breve' this is steamed half and half and takes away the bitterness that starbucks sometimes has. Makes it sooo creamy too. Ok write this down lol Tall Sugarfree Hazlenut Breve latte with An extra shot of sugarfree syrup Heaven! And lower carb so your blood sugar wont spike.
  6. First of all what she is doing is terribly rude and invasive. Im sure she thinks shes helping somehow but wow just sooooo RUDE! Only you know whats beat for you and its a very personal decision. She needs to butt out of other peoples business.
  7. awesome Kim!! Itll be here before u know it.
  8. well it hasn't been leas than a year. I did have my surgery in December last year but i had to lose 25lbs before they would do it. So my highest was 249lbs and the day of surgery i was 222 lbs. i am a super slow loser so its taken about a year and a half to lose the 100lbs. Like turtle slow really. But I'm getting there finally. Its been an amazing year seeing the change in everyone!
  9. Oh my gosh thank you so much for all your sweet words! Younger??!! Girl i have been buying everything on the shelf for my face cause i think i actually look older lol my forties are already beating my twenties!!
  10. Thank you so much!! I do feel better I can say for sure that the sleeve is a great tool but I also worked so hard everyday. I think it just came down to knowing this is what I wanted enough not to give up. I'm thankful for getting my life back and for this wonderful support group.
  11. This is such a huge milestone for me. I'm not at goal yet and still have about 20 lbs to go but... I've lost a hundred pounds!! Had my band taken out and the sleeve done on the same day last year December 30th. I feel so much better even though I have my battle wounds. I'll likely have to have my arms done at some point but for now I'm in a size 8 and I am very proud of myself. Thank u for being here for me along the way.

  21. No loss again this week but I'm here to show I'm accountable. I have 40 lbs left to go and it's gotten pretty slow sooo time to reevaluate things. I've started walking 2 miles a day now and I'm looking into adding yoga. Gotta be more more faithful to MFP as I have slacked a little on that. See ya next week!
  22. Well by now I bet I've eaten literally hundreds of Quest bars lol I've had them everyday since I've been able to eat solid food. I've lost 83 lbs so they haven't stopped progress. Vanilla cashew OMG must have! Ok so that's obviously the wrong picture lol I was trying to show the pic of Max (my kitty) stealing my Protein bar. He goes crazy every time I open one haha
  23. not anything like I used to lol I eat a quest bar everyday and a small 80 calorie cappuccino so that pretty much fixed my sweet tooth. Oh and a yogurt several times a week. I used to absolutely hate yogurt. I always put too much food on my plate and hubby sits over there and just laughs and says no way ur eating that and he's right lol
  24. Here's mine at 6 months now. I still have about 40 left to reach goal.
