Today I am VERY paranoid. I have to work right up until Wednesday and my job is customer facing. Today a lady with a cold came up to my window and was blowing her nose and coughing. Now I'm scared that I will get a cold before my surgery. I really really hope this doesn't happen. I think I may take tomorrow off to prevent me from losing my mind with worry.

Bowel problems from... constipation is the DEVIL!!! AAARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!

So this week is all about getting the right foods, supplements and shakes in the house before surgery. Then packing up all of my technology loose fitting clothes and pillow for the hospital. 8 days away Baby!!!

70lbs Gone!!!

Lost an additional 16 lbs! Total weight loss is 44 lbs since my pre-op diet!

Monthly check up at doc today...another 8 lbs gone....can't believe I'm done 83 lbs...never in my life would I or could I have imagined this result...I am feeling very blessed!

Feeling better. Went to a seminar with my new surgeon group tonight. Things are back on track!

I wish I could have gotten surgery on my brain, head hunger and cravings have been so horrible lately.

I strive for progress not perfection.

Struggling now. I gained 2 pounds so I am back up to 265. I can eat anything but that doens't mean I should.

Count down to surgery and it is painful. Slowly the time turns, tic, toc, tic, toc...What can I do to make it go faster?

So, my surgery is tomorrow! Super excited and nervous, but definitely ready for this step into a new me.
