  12. So sorry to hear about your experience, my hubby came with me when I got mine done, I had it done in Tijuana, with dr Cordova, my experience was totally opposite, nurses galore, they were absolutely very attentive, the dr would come and check twice a day, they had no problem with my hubby staying brought him blankets to make up a bed on the couch Hopefully you can put this aside a think of the positives on the weight that will melt off, I am 3 months in 52 lbs down, so hang in there
  13. I am officially in the 1ers, yes hard to believe, 3 months ago I was in the mid 200s, to be down 52 lbs, 198 today, got on the scale and had to get back on to make sure I was not seeing things, wow so excited, even fit into a pair of jeans I bought 4 years ago, back when I would say ok diet starts tomorrow.
  14. Wtg, u will do great. Keep us posted
  15. Try a heating pad it still maybe the gas,,for some it takes awhile to get rid of it. For me it was up to 5 weeks ,as for sleeping on your side, yes u will be able to. I was lucky slept on my side from day 1 with a heating pad. I agree have Water everywhere u go, have it on your nite stand, I wake up lots of nights needing a sip or 2. As for tennis way to go, I have my first golf game on Saturday n I am in my 8th week, see how that goes. Try the heating pad, and if that does not work, go se your dr, to make sure it is nothing else, gl.

  17. No worries the first week is tough, I was the same with dizziness, and was worried I would get dehydrated, I drank Gatorade recover Protein drinks, tea helps the tummy,, and just took small sips constantly, I will be 2 months on may 8 th, Down 36 lbs, and have lost 4 sizes already, energy is up. It does get better, still can not eat much calorie intake for the day average is 700-800 , I just do not Have room for more, or if I over eat I get such bad tummy cramps. Hang in there you r doing fine, even if u do not feel like it right now, within a week or 2 u will look back and go wow that was not so bad. Once u get to eat more food, u will be ok, some drs r different, I just had to be on liquid for 1 week, cream Soups 2 nd week, 3 rd week started on more solid foods, that is when my energy started to improve. HANG IN THERE.
  18. Glad u will get something to help u out. Try every hr on the hr to eat broth or jello, see if that helps, ask your dr if u can eat other soft foods like Soup, yogurt. You will find it will get better as time goes on, Thinking of u n hang in there.
