Do NOT eat rice, I repeat DO NOT eat RICE, it hurts so bad. I had maybe 3 bites and I'm feeling the grunt of it. It was one of those moments where I wasn’t thinking WLS small stomach before eating and ate it without thought. Now I regret it and will never do that again. This was around 11:30 this morning and I still hurt and won’t eat anything else today due to it. Don’t make my mistake. UGGGHHH!

Rice and eggs are fine for me. I find a problem with "juicy fruits" - not the chewing gum, but fruit such as oranges. I feel like I've drunk a whole litre of water. It's like my stomach can't understand it's food not drink!

I eat very little rice maybe three bites and I eat it last. I do feel fullness in my stomach. Hamberger is hard for me to process. 6 months out and I still havent eaten steak because I loved it and I am afraid it will hurt.
