  5. Update on my weight loss journey. Today is my 8 month anniversary, I started my journey at 341lbs and the first 6 months were pretty smooth but month 7 and 8 not so much, for the last month I have been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds, but with the help of some friends on their on weight loss journey and a good kick in the butt from myself I have lost that 5lbs and more. So today I am at 239 pounds yes that is 101lbs lighter =-O I am so happy and proud of myself for making it this far and it is super exiting to say I only have 64 more pounds to go lol!!!
  6. I want to lose 65 more :-0
  7. Today I have reached a major milestone in my weight loss journey I have lost 100.4lbs. I had my surgery in march 3 so it is one day before my 8 month anniversary. I am so exited right now I can't even put out into words the joy I am feeling. I wish everyone the same success on their journey
  8. I would tell whatever person you go with that if something happens you want to be taken to the San Diego to the hospital, the U.S. has to treat you, also make sure your Dr knows this
  9. I think you would have to pay before you left the hospital, a friend of mine had a brain aneurism when she was in cabo and she almost died and they would not let her leave the hospital tell she paid them $15,000, they wanted it in cash, her insurance even said they would pay and that wasn't good enough, with that being said I had a backup plan for when I went, I was going to have them drop me at the border and let the U.S take care of me. have you talk to your Dr about complications? I would definitely go with some kind of a backup plan
  10. Great job!!!! So what is your goal weight? What was your starting weight?
  11. I was so happy to be in the creamy stage lol!!! How much weight do you have to loss?
  12. Dave When did you have your surgery?
  13. Dave I would keep taking it till they are gone, I started taking hole pills right of the bat cause I have depression pills I had to take that I could not crush, I think the biotin pills are small enough that you could try taking at least one at a time and see how it goes down.
