  2. I think That you are going to have to do what is right for you, it is so hard to give people advise when it comes to what surgery is right for. I would tell you go with this surgery 100% only because it has worked for me. My starting weight was 341lbs and today I am 261lbs. I had my surgery on March 3rd in Mexico by Dr.Huacuz and I would not change it for all the money in the world. I do feel like I can eat more then I could 6 months ago, but with that being said it is my own doing and I am working very hard on controlling that. I am going back to basics so I can shrink my tummy some more, I have not been good about going to the gym this summer but the plan is to hit it this fall when the kids go back to school. I wish you the best of luck on whatever path you decide to go down, please feel free to p.m. me if you have any questions. :wub:

  8. I would not worry to much I also could not eat much the first week...I would stick with power aid that helped me alot it did however take me three days to get 16oz down. On the third of May will be two months for me and I can now eat whatever I want just not alot I have over ate a couple of times its all a head game that's for sure. I am down 40lbs 13lb pre-op...... I hope it gets better for you soon. Keep us posted on your progress

  14. I did two shakes a day and one lean cuisine for dinner and lots and lots of water. When I needed something extra I had broth. Hope that helps and good luck.
  15. 30min cardio then 30min weight lifting. I do arms one day then legs the next day my goal is to get in 5-6 days a week but I am working up to that lol!
  16. I had my surgery on march 3rd and I started at the gym on 1st. So I think its up to your body and how it heals. I am down 33lbs but I have alot more to go I definitely am not a light weight lol!
  17. I had my surgery two days before you. I am down 29lbs 13lbs per-op, I just started working out yesterday and it felt soooooooo good. I am having a hard time with what to eat. I have also over eaten about three times now and that is no fun at all. I still have alot of restriction and loving it. Congrats on your weight loss. I look forward to heating about your success!
