  1. When I have a good fill I eat about 1500-1600 a day. I work out four to five times a week, usually 45 minutes at a time. Right now I need a fill bad and I am eating 1800 to 1900 a day. I am not losing , but not gaining either. I will be so....glad to get a fill. I could never get by on 600 -800 calories a day. I would fall out somewhere. LOL Donna:lol:

  8. I go to the ymca four or five times a week. I love the way it makes me feel. 45 minutes on the eliptical today. Donna

Breakfast- protien shake - oats, small, low sugar lunch-I/2 a chicken Breast and1/2 a cup of peas@ corn Supper-2 cups of Beans and ham Soup Snacks- trail mix bars (2) Sm choc. bar Sounds like a lot, but I worked out 45 min. of cardio at the gym. I seem to eat more than a lot of you do. I am still losing though.I always feel guilty cause I eat more than most. Donna
  10. I am another one that can not eat deli meat, turkey ,ham ect. It will not stay down. I am also real tight in the morning and get looser as the day goes on. ......sometimes.... Donna

  15. I am so glad you are ok. My brother had an accident last year and has had several operations to save his right leg. He now walks with two canes, very slowly. You are very lucky. I would not get an unfill myself, your diet should be normal now. Donna
  16. Wow! I am so glad you called your doctor for a fill. You can do this!!!!! We all can. You just have to believe in yourself and start again. You never fail till you stop trying. Donna
  17. I am so.....glad this has not happened to me. It sounds scary. I think you should let your doc know like Wheetsin said. Hope they can stop the problem for you.

  25. I still have the shoulder pain. It comes and goes. I do not think it is gas. I think it is pain from nerves damaged in the operation. Just my thinking. Donna
