Reassurance needed!

Thanks everyone for your input I am going to listen to the adivce and move forward.
7. All of you have inspired me to be patient with myself. After reading everyone's journey I can relax and stop beating myself up. Had my surgery August 5 and have lost a total of 31 pds. This week I haven't lost any and honestly felt lost. Thank You all for posting I feel now I can get back on the right path again.

Reassurance needed!

I feel just like you I ate chocolate today expecting to be sick and nothing. I am almost a month out. I have not lost any weight this week have not gained either. I feel like I am slipping back into old habits. After this holiday I will contact a therapist to help me through this phase. (Good advice) I know it is mind games but old patterns are hard to break. I am surrounded by people that care but don't really get because they have not gone threw this. I know in my heart if we all stick together we will get threw this. Right now the light at the end of my tunnel is a little dim. Thanks for listening.

4 days pro op and feeling icky

All I have watch are the food channels. We both need to reset our way of thinking. Lol this should be easy right . Heck no!!! Once you get moving it get better. I know have energy I go walking around the malls planning my new wardrobe. Finding new interest is what I feel will free my mind from food. I no I have some demons to face with each pound I lose. One step at a time. Now I tell people when they upset me and we clear the air it has helped me not to reach for that food comfort. Keep up the post and let me know how your journey is going.

First week water and protein.

I have found a Protein drink called Isopure.40 grams of protein. It counts toward s you liquid in take. Comes in 8 flavors. I get mine at Hi Health. Try soy Protein powder 28 grams og protein in 1 oz. Mix in your Soups and puddings in has no flavor. I am 2 weeks out .
