  2. I drink one a day as well, it's call Xtreme Smoothie, it's really good, 11 oz 35 gram of protein, plus vitamins and minerals, it's kind of expensive, around $32 for a twelve pack.

  4. yes, although I have 40 more to lose, I stall for weeks at a time and then I'll lose 2lbs, but in the mist of it, i do notice I lose inched.
  5. I'm able to drink cold, hot, or room temp beverages, it doesn't matter, I'm so grateful.
  6. You are right, however, I'm doing great, 38 more lbs to go to reach my goal, I hope I can reach it by 6 months, which is in December. I hope everyone is doing very well, Peace!!
  7. My bariatric coordinator gave me a list of resources and RNY was included.
  8. I usually have tuna, lunch meat, subway, or protein shake.
  9. I noticed sometimes, although we may eat the same thing with no problem, 2 or 3 days, the next day our pouch may not want it, causing the nauseous feeling.
  10. No, not really, just a few minutes of warmth, but no effect, my husband said I poured 2 shots, but I didn't get drunk, I even lost 1 lbs, lol
  11. I had a shot of tequila, which I mixed with lots of water in a water bottle mixed with crystal light flavored margarita mix, it was good and I barely tasted the tequila, I'm 12 weeks out.
  12. Hello everyone, today is my 3 month surgiversay, yay!!! I'm so excited, I was able to enjoy bar b que on yesterday, and I finally passed those kidney stones, I hope they are all gone..
  13. I don't know how old you are, but you look 10 years younger, I guess the weight ages us, because I get that compliment all the time, you look good.
  14. I am 12 weeks out and down 47 lbs, I'm 50 lbs away from my goal, this is without daily workout, I will begin my workout this Sunday, hopefully by this time next year I'll be at goal weight and maintaining.

Im soooo sorry you are having these complications, I am definitely praying for a speedy recovery, none of us like hearing about complications, that's when we band together to lend support, I am proud of u for standing your ground, never be afraid to demand answers or persistent when it comes to your health, my heart go out to you, while we all may have something to complain about, it's nothing compared to what you are going through, Be Blessed, and remember, we are all rooting for your recovery.

I've got to be honest with myself, I've been at a stall for 15 days, I'll be 12 weeks post op come this Monday and I've only lost 45 lbs in total from pre op until now, I told my husband is time for me to kick it up on high gear, so today I will rejoin my health club and begin to workout at least 4 times a week, it's time to gdt drastic, I only have about 50 more lbs to go...I hope this work.
