  1. You did what I'm starting to do when going out, I research the restaurant and meat if it's high protein and low sugar and fat, I'm eating it...Good for you for trying something new.

At the beginning of my 4th week which was this past Monday, I am beginning to feel very, very hungry, I eat the protein 1st and thats all, I'm drinking my water, I mean I get so hungry I feel nauseous, so I eat slowly while trying to satisfy my hungry, oh and I'm stalling on the scale, but I'm not discouraged because I knew this would happen, I did my research....Im only staying full for 3 hours then the hunger strikes again...Lol...I think I might need to increase my intake.

  7. Aww, my surgeon prescribed all my meds where they dissolve in my mouth, I have one pill that I open to add to water, oh and my vitamin D I crush, nasty, I got to look for liquid form.
  8. Yes, I started at 3 weeks post op, but I wasn't worried, I knew it would be temporary. You will start to lose again, don't worry.

  11. Your complications may not be the reason, everybody's is different. Im so sorry you've been having a little trouble, but remember after they fix you up, you will be on your way, keep your head up,
  12. Tomorrow I will be 4 weeks post op, and I'm down 32 lbs down, I'm now 198.8, I've got at least 65 more lbs to lose and then the real work begins, maintaining your weight loss...Yeah!!!
  13. Thanks, girl although my main hole is covered I had a great time, yes you should look for those flavored crystal light, they have all flavored cocktail flavors and its good.

OMG...I had a beautiful weekend, my husband and I went out Friday night, to kick off Meet and Greet Eden Green Community Reunion, I danced my butt off, everyone was drinking cocktails while I mixed my flavored crystal light Margarita flavor in my water, it was good. I found cocktail flavored crystal light at Target. And then on yesterday, I was in the park with family and friends all day bar b quing, set up a tent, danced entertained, loaded and unloaded the truck, by 9 pm I was tired, but I moved a lot, oh and while everyone enjoyed good food and drinks, I enjoyed Greek yogart, my Mojito crystal light, lunch meat. Today, I'm resting, lol

  17. I've been lucky to get my proteins just by eating soft foods, I may have a protein shake every now and again, my 1 month Surgiversary is 7/10/13...yayyy
  18. When I felt this way, I drank plenty of water and protein shakes, I was amazed how my energy turned around after a few hours of pumping myself with it.
