  1. I am in Navarre. Between pensacola and destin. Glad you are doing great!!!
  2. He said he realistically could see me there. Idk I think if I get to 140-150 I would be so dang thrilled.
  3. Lol I feel ya! I live in horror I'm gonna let it rip at work. I've gotten to where I feel so gassy at home I let it rip and not care about the hubby being scandalized. I'm just waiting for the day I forget at work!!!!
  4. Just that I didn't do it sooner. I'm starting to truly live again now
  5. I'm from Perry/Greene co originally. I live in the FL panhandle now. Was so glad to see some back home peeps on here. I go home every few months. Not as much as I use to. My husband is stationed here now but that area will always be my home. My family is still there as well as my sons family. I had my surgery 4/30 ..nearly 7wks ago and I feel great!!
  6. I'm so sorry..I laughed so hard at this!!! My husband swears he lives with a man now!! Gas after surgery was profoundly awful. I have had more gas since surgery than perhaps the entire last 10yrs of my life. Not so much stinky but just so much now. I think all the sugar free stuff adds to it too. He doesn't think women should fart.....
  7. Quest! 6week out myself and I can handle them pretty well. Adkins and south beach have some pretty decent ones but quest is not chalky
  8. If they are 8mg u can split them a 4mg is usually pretty effective. It's (4mg)the lower dose prescribed. Idk if it would help but if he gave u 4mg maybe u could ask for 8mg and have more by splitting them and if 1 wasn't effective could take the full 8mg.
  9. My sweaty post work out pic. As of today 31.8lb down! Some pre and now pics. Kinda sad I hated myself so badly cause my weight I really have no pics of myself in years. It's like I've been living on the outskirts of my life.
  10. I was gonna get lap band thinking rny was too extreme. After seeing my surgeon I knew I would be successful with the band cause I could imagine milkshakes to cheat the band. I needed a lifestyle change and rny forced me to change and that's awesome! It's the gold standard for a reason. If you look at long term success...keeping it off....that why I chose it.
  11. I cheated 1x but I tried to justify it but still was guilty and didn't do it anymore. I had chicken broth with saltines crushed up in it. I thought...hmmm still liquid right? Pre op is rough no lie..at least the liquids post op u aren't starving for food like pre op
  12. Hmmmm I might just have to check this out....and I have no rhythm or hope to prob ever have any
