  4. I get it. I gave chronic regional.pain syndrome and the nurses at my doctors office forget all the time. I can't put pressure on my left side at all...and exercise that jiggles " the girls" is excruciating yet they have all tried to get me to e a runner. My insurance didn't require me to lose a set amount of weight so I wasnt messed up by this lack of understanding. My pain doctor has told me to swim and walk in order to not exacerbate my pain. In this case I will listen to my pain doc. Its frustrating to not be able to run a 10k. But I may someday.
  5. Surgery 4/29. Down 27. 47 altogether. HW 297 GW 160- 170. Good luck to all!

Just made stuffed peppers with quinoa...we'll see if I can handle the grain...it's mixed with the meat for the filling- two parts supreme lean ground beef I part ground turkey, peppers, onions shredded carrots, quinoa. garlic, and parmessn cheese. Top with homemade tomato sauce and more parmesan. It's in the oven!

  12. My sixteen year old loved the eas advantage vanilla shakes...we'd sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamo and add a little extra vanilla extract. Very close to egg nog

  20. I know it will all work out for you....you're a force to be reckoned with! I feel for your housing problem. When I was a single mom I tried to get low income housing. It wad frustrating and the lift wad do long I finally became eligible after si gad graduated from college. By then I didn't nerd it anymore.
