Wondering if I can take ensure protein shakes to get a little extra protein in my diet? They're super low sugar, high in protein and affordable.

My surgery was 19 days ago and I'm down 30 lbs. It's not hard if you just follow the plan. I see too many people who go right back to eating like the surgery never happened. It's a shame.

I'm 1 week post op and I am doing so much better. Taking vitamins ok, eating 3 meals a day, getting out and walking as much as I can. I weighed myself yesterday and I'm down 20 lbs. Hope I continue to bring it!

My surgery date is this thursday and I was just informed of that date on thursday last week. I didn't have time to prepare for a "pre-op" diet....today is sunday and I have surgery in 5 days. i'm worried that I haven't started the diet yet.

My surgery is set for 5/29....less than a week to go.

It's been a very long time coming and some super soul searching but I'm so ready for changes that lie ahead of me.

Everything got submitted last week. Now just waiting for surgery date. Hope it's soon.
