Wondering if I can take ensure protein shakes to get a little extra protein in my diet? They're super low sugar, high in protein and affordable.

    Just be careful which one you use....some have 9-19 grams of Protein but 250+ calories and 40 grams of carbs! The higher protein are a bit better but still heavy on the carbs.

    Ensure is meant as a nutritional supplement for those who need to gain weight...my nut says stay away at all costs.
