  1. I had my first BBQ drumstick. It was good.
  2. Yes, the above post. I didn't meet my water or protein for the first 3 weeks. At all.
  3. I tried a few of them and couldn't freaking stand the stuff. None of it. Just put soups in a blender. I ate a lot of split pea soup from the blender. Yogurt. I lived on protein drinks. I bought a ton of stuff for after surgery. You don't eat enough for all that. I licked a lot of laughing cow cheese wedges off crackers and ate a ton of sugar free Popsicles.
  4. 3 meatballs and ketchup. About 2.2 ounces with the ketchup...not sugar free. I'm having no issues with regular condiments. This pleases me. I have found that I get super sleepy like a carb coma if I eat two of those frozen yogurts to close together. I've always had insomnia. This might be the start of something beautiful.
  5. Anyone else have joint pain? My back and hips are KILLING me. I read somewhere that it can be from sudden weight loss? It's annoying. Plus I have 2 more bumps under my left arm. They had gone away with antis. I have not idea what is going on with my body.
  6. No, after 2 months I'm normal diet try new foods with caution. I'm eating ground chuck everyday and I love roast beef deli meat. I don't know. It doesn't seem to bother me.
  7. and we have a conagra plant here in town so we have a conagra store. So I get them super cheap. 1.75 for a 3 pack and $6.50 for a 12 pack. I mean...come on. It's like 0.55 per one. Little evil carb filled things! But I don't seem to have problems with sugar or milk. Just fat. so.

Darn. I can only imagine the gigantic generic maxi pad they would provide...
  9. Oh, and I'm 2 months out today...my surgery was 4/1/13.
  10. I'm having issues with the healthy choice frozen yogurts. Yeah, only 100 calories and probably not that bad...but I don't just eat one...and I'm supposed to be low carb. I only eat one at a time...sure. But I ate THREE of them today. And a spoonful of peanut butter.
  11. Had you eaten egg before? I tried it a few weeks after surgery and was flat MISERABLE. But I've had one now that I'm farther out and it's fine.

I can't imagine that would be a problem? *btw, I use a diva cup. One of the best decisions of my life*
  13. Meatballs and frozen greek yogurt. Today is a day that I'm missing mass consumption of sweets and such. it's a hard day.
  14. Darn it. I haven't tried real chicken yet. Just canned and deli. I hope I don't have an issue. Have you tried taking it off the bone and dicing it finely? I've been sticking to ground hamburger but I do understand you not eating beef. How about veggie burgers?
  15. I've fallen in love with meatloaf and meatballs. My meatloaf is lean ground chuck, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, regular ketchup and egg beaters. I cook it once a week and eat it all week long. Meatballs are the same mix but sometimes I add cheese. I'm in love with a couple of pieces of roast beef wrapped around a motz stick and warmed in the microwave. Sometimes I eat that on a plate with a little BBQ. I've found condiments don't bother me. I don't use enough for them to...or maybe I'm not sensitive to sugar. I also can drink milk...so. I don't know. An avocado made me vomit and early out so did a soft scrambled egg. eggs no longer make me sick. I've had a picky pouch today...just isn't happy with anything and eating is almost not worth it. But I did eat and I'll continue to. I want to stay healthy. I love love love the healthy choice greek frozen yogurt. LOVE. I have all the flavors. vanilla might be my favorite. It's creamy like cheesecake. Anyway...
  16. Welcome and congrats!
  17. Oh, and remember: you were cut up, rearranged and put back together little bit ago. You're good.
  18. I've had several people tell me they've passed out. Are you getting over 60 oz of Water? are you getting all your Protein? I'm sorry that happened. that sucks. I'm sure you'll make it up though.
  19. I use a scale for all mine. I think it's the biggest loser food scale from walmart. I had 2 oz of meatloaf. I also had a healthy choice frozen greek yogurt. The worst thing that EVER happened was finding out our Conagra store carries it. A 3 pack for $1.75 and a 12 pack for 6.50. Um, there's really no room left in my freezer! It's not even that good for me and I blew my carbs and sugar on it. IT. WAS. TASTY.
  20. They act like that's a compliment! It makes me cringe!
  21. I won't miss: Being the fattest one in the office. I won't miss feeling self conscious when I walk in the room or the comments like "you have SUCH a pretty face". won't miss looks in restaurants or having the booth seats where my stomach touches the table. Ugh. I won't miss hiding myself behind clothes.
  22. Oh y'all. I'm sorry some are having trouble! I hope you'll feel better soon! I've been craving pizza so here I am looking up nutritional value of papa murphy's delite pizzas. They really aren't bad!
  23. Totally. I hate that pill. I reach over and grab it and chew as soon as the alarm goes off. I then shower, get dressed and start the other supplements at least 2 hours later. It sucks.
