Today makes three months and saw my surgeon today. I'm doing awesome down 79 pounds as of today. My levels are great except my liver enzymes but they have been high since 2011 and now must get the liver biopsy done soon since I've been putting it off. Sure i can handle any surgery but this i have to be awake for so I'm pussen out. But I'm happy happy happy life is good.

Today I am 11weeks postop and I am down 49lbs!!! Actually bought a size 18 pants this past weekend. In dont remember the last time I wore that.

I just tried on a pair of 18 pants and they fit. Started out in size 22. Woot woot!

Happy 4th of July to everybody!

My hunger pains stopped the day i had surgery and i havent had one since. Do i miss food? ? Thats a hard question to answer. There will be days that i see a commercial on TV for something and i'll think about it but other than hat i stick to the foods i know i'm good with. I never feel deprived of food or feel like i'm missing out on anything. I dont miss the foods that i can no longer eat anymore. Once in a blue moon i'll try something i know i shouldnt, get sick and vow never to touch it again. It keeps me on the right track. I've been my exact same weight for 3+ years and i feel amazing

Amazing!! And congrats on ur weight loss u can really see the difference in ur face and u look great! my surgery was Apr 5th, My highest weight was also 321 as well and as of this morning I am 264. Makes me soooo happy! Its awesome to read of someone going thru similar things and changes. Good luck to u and I hope everything works out the way u want it to

Oh by the way my highest weight was 321 and now I'm at 259. So I'm down 62 lbs total!!!

Today I got from my Avon rep a dress I ordered (on clearance) in a size 1X. Took it home, tried it on and it fit beautifully! I used to wear 3X, sometimes 2X depending on the cut, but 1X I hadn't been able to wear in at least 8 years. Such a great feeling.
I was a slow loser until the past week when I started losing about a pound a day. *Finally* at 32 lbs now at 9 weeks out. I started weight training all over again two days ago and am sore but feeling good from it. Today is my rest day and I know I'm retaining some extra Water weight so I'm gonna try not to freak when I step on the scale. Lol

This is crazy to me! But here I'm about 70 lbs down & I'm only a month and a half out!

The way I decided on the RNY was because my dr had mentioned that with the sleeve you would eventually have to have another surgery. The band to me was strange because you have this foreign thing in your body and it creeped me out especially since you could feel it. My friend has it and when she got pregnant I could see the port pushing against her tummy as she got bigger. I decided the RNY was the best option due to the amount of years in existence and I don't want to have another surgery, already went through that situation, don't want to do it again. Hope that helps!

Most of you know my story... Had surgery 02-21-12. Weighed in at a whopping 340 lbs. today I stepped on the scale and weighed 147. For a total weight loss of 193 lbs. I can't begin to express how much this surgery has changed my life.... For the better!! For those of you just starting out... This can be done you just have to stay vigilant to the program and be patient. For those of you still fighting for every pound you are having to lose... Keep fighting. I love this forum more then anyone can believe. It has kept me on the straight and narrow and allowed me to help others

I proud for how everyine is doing. My goal is to be 20 pounds more diwn when i go for my 3 month check up in a month. I actually ate dinner last nigt and didnt get sick ao happy lol.

Today is my two months postop! I got on the scale again this morning (because I'm obsessed lol), and lost 2.4lbs since yesterday!! Im 220, EVEN!! Thats 50.6lbs since surgery!!! )

Man ive been on a stall for almost three weeks. Losing inches but the numbers just haven't been coming down on the scale at all. Frustrating!
What a relief when I decided to get on the scale this morning and discovered I was down 8-9lbs since i last checked. Thats a total of 40lbs since surgery April 5-2013. #HappyGirlDance

Very excited, had surgery April 24th, a month today, and I'm feeling great!! I've had my ups and downs, regrets and times I said I shouldn't have had this. But being where I'm at now, over 20 pounds lighter and already feeling my old clothes slip off is just an amazing feeling!

My surgery weight was 430 and today I weigh 399.6! I had to tell someone. I haven't weighed under 400# in over 8 years.

I cant believe april is over and we all are doing pretty good we are all going to look fantastic and be healthy congratulations to everybody

I just started the banana cream Muscle Milk shakes. They are yummy, no chalky taste at all. Just tastes like pie. Lol!

I felt like that right after surgery...it hurt so bad and I was like what was I thinking???!?!? now..I feel great.

All of the post are true, my 2nd day I'm the hospital I was devastated! I cried to the nurse and another lady trying to help. Today I am absolutely overjoyed with the results. May 6th will be 6 months. I went from 1x to a small in that small amount of time.
