Tomorrow I have my "6 month" post op appointment with the surgeon. It is actually a week and a half early but should be pretty good anyway! I found the picture of me eating out the day before the liquid fast so a few days before surgery and the other is last week! It is terrible to see how I truly was and how I didn't realize that was me when I had the extra weight!

Finally using an updated pic!

Did my announcement pics today. Not officially putting it out to everyone until a few more weeks pass but this weekend gonna give the pics to my family in cards as a way of telling my immediate family like dad and siblings. Thought I would share!

Do I need to make a trip to your area and set this woman straight in her ignorance? Totally will for you. I hate that people who have not had a loved one or have not gone through the experience seem to think they can voice there opinion on your life! Either support it or don't... But keep the negative comment to yourself nasty people! You have tons of support here!

Went to the nike clearance store today and got some workout shoes. They are so lightweight and I love them! Im gonna start doing my "walk away the pounds" dvd tomorrow. The shots I had on tuesday are working so far. Im gonna start really slow so I dont do any more damage but I feel as long as the pain is lessened I should do alittle something. Maybe the weight will come off quicker then! Hope the pain stays away for awhile, and that I dont "pull" something! LOL!

Good Day! Gallbladder is out and i'm feeling great!!! I love my Doctor!!!...Told him about the waves of pouch pain I get when my pouch is empty and he said sounds like a ulcer. He gave me acid reducer and some liquid that starts with a "C"....Maybe I can start losing again since i'm not always putting something in my pouch to make it feel better. Woohooo...so glad this is over and my empty pouch does not even hurt now..Good day all around

Officially lost 80 pounds this morning!! Woohoo
Happy 4th of July to everybody!

So excited I'm getting closer to my next goal ....under 300lbs ....1st goal was to lose 50lbs
HW 363lbs SD 4/16/13 CW 311lbs

Had my 3 month with the dietician today. I've officially lost 40% of my excess weight! That felt good to hear even though the loss has been SO SLOW for me.

Beach vacation in 5 weeks.. trying my hardest to get to 200!! Little over 50 pounds to go, is it unattainable?
Working my ass off!

NVS for me today. In November had to use a seat belt extender on my flights. Today didn't have to use it on our flight! Also the tray was level on my lap!

So excited!!! I joined the gym today after surgery! First work out 15 minute bike and 15 minute treadmill!!! Filling fit!????
