  1. I had some inside a soup. No issues for me.
  2. Wearing size 16 jeans today! Feels awesome!
  3. ]]\ should say in case....not invade! haha
  4. Take pictures of any rashes to document invade you need or want to have plastic surgery. I have heard if you have continued rashes that insurance will sometimes pay for it. It's worth letting it look bad for a bit to get some pictures.
  5. I think we are all battling those demons!
  6. I had wine at 2 months. I, too, got tipsy fast and then it seemed to be gone fast as well. I have since had wine a few more times and I haven't noticed the tipsy part. I have not tried anything heavier, like liquor. I am a little scared of it.
  7. That is awesome! I am overwhelmed with happy thoughts for you!
  8. I do my best as well. I am not consistent with my food journal. I know I do better when I am. Although I am eating a ton less than I used to, I still feel like I eat too much. In reality, I probably am not eating enough. It just feels like I eat all day long! One of my issues is not getting enough water. Goal for today is to get 64 ounces!
  9. I have been stuck between 206-204 for weeks now. I have lost count how many weeks! So frustrating! I have not been in Onderland for 20 years! I know that part of it is because I am not walking enough. Fall is so busy in our house between school, band and church activities. Here's to hoping we are all in Onderland very soon!!
  10. No issues whatsoever with it going down. Good and bad, I guess.
  11. Should say a lot of popcorn
  12. Confession time- I just are a to of popcorn. How does it all fit in my pouch? I love popcorn! I wish it made me dump!
  13. I got some chewy ones at GNC. They have different flavors
  14. I am planning to ship them to someone with the deal that when she is gone she will then ship them to someone else.
  15. New pictures. Pink shirt is a week before surgery and green/ blue shirt is from Saturday
  16. Here's to a new slimmer, healthy you! Honestly, we just have to keep remembering where we were before surgery. I get caught up sometimes thinking I am not losing as quickly as others, and I start getting bummed, but I took some time to go through some old pictures last night. It was quite scary! I knew I was fat, but I didn't think I looked that big! It brought me to a new level! Today's goal is to get myself out to walk. I really would love to do a 5k eventually. But that won't happen if I don't get moving. Wish me luck!
  17. I am with you on the "fat girl" thing. I, too, have my good days and bad days with my self image. I am working on realizing my new identity as a healthier person. We will all just have to work on it together.
  18. That should say weight.
  19. I am almost the exact wrights as you. I have slowed down as well.
