  1. I felt very lethargic and dizzy. Went to my surgeon and they sent me to ER to get fluids.
  2. I am 4 weeks out and I still can't do 64 in. I had to go to ER and get IV fluids last week. It is just so hard. But, I am really starting to feel better. Keep your head up and stay positive.
  3. This happen to anyone else? Like you need to burp and can't.

  5. I have only had a few good days and. Am almost 4 weeks out. When will I be able to eat without pain, not feel nauseous and be able to drink without gagging? Very discouraged.

  7. Surgery on 3/26/13 275.00 Today on 4/19/13 252.00 23 pounds in 3.5 weeks! Awesome!
  8. I was in the hospital from Tuesday until Friday! I struggled, I promise it will get better. I am 3.5 weeks out and I am still struggling but every day I get a little better. Stay positive and don't give up. Remember that time is our friend.

  10. just left my surgeons office. Blood sugar is great but I am dehydrated. They are sending me to the ER to get some fluids. UGHH! I hope it makes me feel better. Thanks to everyone for the advice and continued support. I really appreciate it.
  11. I have felt several times today a little faint. I am not sure what is going on. I am 3 weeks post op. I have had some diarrhea and cannot seem to stomach but about 40 ounces of fluid a day. I feel ok other than some left side pain. Anybody else experience this?

  13. I had mine on March 26th and 2 weeks post op 17 pounds down. I was ecstatic.
  14. I am struggling with this myself. I too amd 3 weeks out and find myself often thinking about how I used to eat and how food controlled my life. I still love to cook, but I find myself craving healthier things. I am also a happy person and am just starting to get the old me back. Food doesn't define who you are, and for the first times in our lives, we are going to be able to live a life free of cravings and being overweight.
  15. Thanks everyone. I got some immodium to help with the diarrhea and I am going to start intaking a fiber supplement. I am hoping that time is my friend. I guess I just need to give everything time to adjust to the changes in my body.
  16. I am 3 weeks out today and down 23 lbs. But not only am I dealing with daily diarrhea but intense left side pain. I am starting to question if I didn't do enough research or didn't ask enough questions. I have gone back to work full time and I am a teacher and by the end of the day I am hurting and miserable. Has anyone else been slow to heal? I am just really feeling down and want my old happy self to come back.
  17. That is quite an accomplishment and you have worked hard and struggled to get to that glorious 18. Put them on and work it girl!
  18. my doc said to try immodium and go back to liquids. I will do immodium but emotionally I cannot go back to liquids. I just can't stomach anymore of that. I am beyond frustrated. I am 3 weeks out today and have just had a rough time of it. I am questioning if I did the right thing.
  19. I will be 3 weeks out tomorrow and every time I eat or drink anything it runs right through me. It has gotten to the point where it burns so bad I don't want to eat or drink anything because I don't want to have to go to the bathroom. Any advice?

  22. Can I still take this after rny for my tendonitis?
  23. I am almost 3 weeks post op. I had alot of pain the first week and a half. This morning I feel like I have a terrible left side cramp and I cannot get it to let up. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this and if there is anything I can do.
