  1. Progressed to soft foods and it hurts when I eat. Am I not chewing well enough? Too big of a bite?
  2. I had my RNY and gall bladder together on 3/26. I have had some diarrhea and am still having some pain. Going back to work tomorrow after 2 weeks. Good luck!

  5. I am 11 days out and all my incision sites are doing great but I have a constant pan by my belly button that the doc says is nerve pain. I am supposed to go back to work Monday and don't know if. Will be able to. Just feeling down. I thought. Would feel better by now.
  6. Ok, so I have this pain, which is just left of my belly button and radiates downward. Doc put me on neurontin for nerve pain, but it doesn't seem to be helping. It feels as if something is in a bind. Maybe I am just paranoid. Thoughts?
  7. I had my surgery March 26th and I also gained 10 ponds while in hospital. It's all the fluids. I have already lost that 10 and an additional 14. So no worries. I agree the pain is no joke. I had my gall bladder out as well so I am still slow going

  15. I have been having a terrible burning to the left of my belly button. It got really bad today (6days out). My doctor has put neurontin. Just wanted to know if anyone else has also experienced any nerve damage after surgery.
  16. I am 6 days out and I am still hurting and I am sad all the time.
  17. I didn't get in all my protein but I did have 3 oz of creamy tomorrow. It was the best soup I ever had.
  18. Panera has French onion. Wonder if without croutons it would be ok?
  19. Even for just 6 days out? I would just like to have anything besides another freaking crystal light or shake
  20. Keep calling your surgeon. If needed, call your hospital and speak to the nurse on call. My doc says the only bad question is the one you don't ask.
  21. Any suggestions for soups? I just can't take another shake.
  22. I am 6 days out. Can I have some creamy tomato Soup?
