  5. You look very young in your picture. You've read other posts that say, "I wish I had RNY sooner" That being the primary regret. You had enough hindsight to complete all the requirements. Now you are prepared to begin a new stage of your life. As DL Cloggins says, "You are going to love the New You!"
  6. I sure hope you get the help you need. Please keep us posted and I will keep you in my prayers.

  11. I am 5'4" I was 259 and felt like you do. I had RNY on 8/22/2013 and now I am 203. I feel so much better. I take steps instead of the elevator. I don't hide all the time. I still have a long way to go. My goal is 150. I am a slower loser maybe because I had the band, which slipped then I had it removed the year before RNY. I wish all the best to you. Stick to the plan and I know like all the rest of your friends here "you are going to love the new you" Keep us posted.
  12. I did eat a little too much at my In laws. I checked the scale this morning and did not gain an ounce. Last year I would have eaten enough to gain 5 pounds. Back to the plan folks. We can not be too hard on ourselves. This holiday is over. Now its back to plan. Keep up the good work.
  13. Simply beautiful! I love your dress. Congratulations.
  14. We went from Cincinnati to Omaha, Nebraska and stopped in Des Moines. I had yogurt and banana for breakfast and hot tea. I have been in my in laws bathroom so much I know how many tiles are on the wall. I will take it easy today. I hope you feel better soon.
