Hi all I'm now 2 months out. Surgery feb 11th down 54lbs as of today. Wish it was faster but can't complain. Finally able to get back in the gym and u feel stronger each day. Hope everyone is doing well

As long as it is diluted half with Water. They said use G2 less sugar

Just got home. Trying to sip away. Thank god the IV's are out. My pouch doesn't like Gatorade or broth yet but is doing fine with Water. 5 more days then into full liquids. Hope everyone else is doing well!!????

Yay insurance called today and I was approved for surgery. Now just waiting for the doctors office to call to set a date. Ahh this may be the worst part of the whole process, the waiting game
