    Hi all I haven't posted in a long time. I have been so busy this summer with my brothers wedding and going on a few vacations. I wanted to give everyone an update and just say hi So surgery date 2/11/13 Surgery weight 320 Current weight 202 as of this morning Down 118 in 7&1/2 months yay!!! Almost in onederland!!! Hopefully be next week

    I am 5'4 and my feet have shrunk but they weren't really that wide to begin with. And I work out 3 days a week. Elliptical and weight training seems to really be what works best for me. I work in retail and I'm on my feet all day and that keeps my energy moving
  7. A few months before surgey Last week Highest weight 320. Surgery weight 315. Current weight 210. Down 110 in 6 months ill take it yay!!!
  8. Hello all. As we are all losing weight we are moving out of clothes fast. I am 3 months out and down to a size 18. No need for the 26's and 28's any more. If anyone wants never worn with tag on jeans I have 2 pairs of 26's 2 pairs of 28's All from lane Bryant If any one wants them I would be willing to send them too you Reply here or send me a message

    Hi all I'm now 2 months out. Surgery feb 11th down 54lbs as of today. Wish it was faster but can't complain. Finally able to get back in the gym and u feel stronger each day. Hope everyone is doing well

    Thanks for all the ideas everyone. I found I like the mint cookie syntrax with skim milk. Also the pure protein is good for when I don't have my mixer handy
