    Fitbit

Hello all. I'm about a year and a half out from my lap band to gastric bypass revision and I'm just not losing weight anymore. I've never made goal and I accept my part in that. This last month I've really gotten back on track and begun to focus on doing things right. Just wondering if anyone out there is using a Fitbit and if you find it helpful. Any tips or tricks??

6 months out! I've had a major move from va to fl and now lost my job. So major life situations. Not that it's an excuse buf I'm only down 47lbs since surgery. I know I didn't start off as high as some but I do work out regularly. Trying to refocus and get back on track. #discouraged #frustrated Hw- 267 Preop-247 Today-200 Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

Had my 4 week follow up today. Have not lost one pound in 2 weeks. I'm getting protein and liquids but apparently my body is still in starvation mode because I'm not getting in nearly enough calories. Nut wants me at 1000 a day. Says 800 minimum. I haven't hit 800 yet! I can't get any more food in! Also won't ok exercise because I'm not getting in enough calories for "daily living activity" ugh getting frustrated. -18lbs Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

Ok so since I've thrown my scale out I have no idea how much weight I've lost but I did put on a pair of 14 jeans last night that have been sitting on a shelf for months without any struggle!! Something must be happening lol Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

I'm on the same boat. My surgery was on the 8th and before I threw my scale out a week ago I was only down 19lbs! I know I started fairly low 247 but I am equally frustrated. I thought u was the only one it wouldn't work for but since you feel that way clearly we both can't be the only ones lol I've been reading and asking and I've been told this is normal so not to panic! I say we give it some more time. Keep doing the right thing and revisit this on a couple weeks. I bet our perspectives will be different. Be positive! Continue the right path! We CAN do this! Throwing my scale out the window!! Feeling frustrated. I'm a prisoner to my scale. I literally get on it 7 times a day (I am a little OCD in real life) and its not moving. I think it's taunting me because I do get on it so often. I'm getting my fluids in. Struggling with the protein. Eating soft foods. Still not getting in more than 500-600 calories a day. Can't exercise yet per drs orders. Had some minor complications during surgery dr is concerned about exerting myself. So not much I can do to make the scale move but I am succeeding in slowly driving myself and my bf insane. Could I be the only person that gastric doesn't work for? Ugh...
