Fitbit

Hello all. I'm about a year and a half out from my lap band to gastric bypass revision and I'm just not losing weight anymore. I've never made goal and I accept my part in that. This last month I've really gotten back on track and begun to focus on doing things right. Just wondering if anyone out there is using a Fitbit and if you find it helpful. Any tips or tricks??

I use a fitbit....and find it very motivating.....I'm not one who loves to exercise so any help in motivation is good.

My hubby and the next door neighbor are obsessed with beating each other each week. So if you have some friends you can use as motivation it's a great tool for anyone.

I got mine for my birthday in February. It has made a huge difference in my success. I know exactly how active I am, when I have met my goals and when I am falling short. I find it to be a motivating and challenging tool.
