I tried this the other day. Wegmans Greek Plain with SF smuckers strawberry and it was pretty good.

Thanks tmw hang in there defiantly have stalls along the way I have decided to get rid of my scale and only weight my self when I go to the doctor so that I do not get stuck thinking about weight.

I do plain Greek yougert with my Protein powder kinda taste like Ice cream or at least that is what I tell my self good luck !

I had a much smaller woman say to me today that she wishes she could have the surgery. I was not sure what to say kinda made me mad and then I deluxe that it is probley because she looks a like I would like to when am done loseing weight. Just rubed me the wrong way

I have the oily hair and nice face thing to I have not needed face lotion at all and by the end of the day my hair is oily. Weird

There are quite a few things in there and you can make different combos. So don't feel like you are missing out to much

today I had 1/4 cup chicken 1/4 cup regatta pureed them then warmed it up so good ! If you google highland hospital Rochester NY and go the bariatric section and on the left side go to the meal plans you can print out a list of all the foods you can eat based on the phase you are on it is very helpful. had my one week appointment today 13 pounds since surgery and 36 pounds from my first appointment. So glad to be on purees now wow that week was hard. Glad to see so many people doing well !
