  3. My local grocery has a ton of frozen greek yogurts, Ive tried a couple and they taste amazing. Another thing I like to do it freeze go-gurts.. tasty little treat. lol
  4. Ive been living off those! They are so good.. I can only find it in the coconut and key lime but they are my fav.
  5. Where did you find the sugar free? I've only seen the no sugar added.
  6. That is amazing! Tell me your secret on how you did so much in so little time! Whats a normal day for you? Eating, exercise, ect.

  9. I was told at my 3 week post op apt that I was cleared for swimming.
  10. I found a frozen greek yogurt at the store thats new and is AMAZING. I get the blueberry and its so good. Taste like blueberry pie and has the same amount of protein and sugar that a regular greek yogurt has.
  11. I want to try this eventually.. Its obviously dried out, it doesn't bother anyone? Im still keeping everything moist at the point Im at.

  13. Im trying to set a personal goal for me. I am going on vacation in the begining of August, so another 2 months. I wanted to get to 208 before my vacation. Is this goal realistic? 26 pounds a month is about right. Ive done amazing with my weight loss from surgery 6 weeks ago.. Its obviously going to slow down, but does this sound realistic? Working my a** off!! Litterally.. lol

  15. I had surgery the same day and Ive been doing about an hour workout 4-5 days a week. I try to do about 20 minutes on the treadmill.. and 35-40 on the elliptical. Sometimes I lift some weights at the gym too when im done but nothing much.
  16. Make sure you check with your surgeon before you take something. Some only want you to use certain items.

  19. I use the glass weight watchers scale at home, and it is right on point with my surgeons scale.
  20. I had surgery on 4/29 and I seen my doctor 3 weeks post op and he cleared me for swimming. So was only 21 days for me.

  22. Are you talking about what you will receive for pain medication? I was given a huge bottle of liquid percocet. (Roxicet) Also mostly everyone starts on an antacid asap to avoid ulcers. (Prilosec, Prevacid, ect.)
  23. Yea, its crazy how different every surgeon/program is.
