I went grocery shopping & noticed a new Greek yogurt in case... It's called powerful yogurt and has 20 gr of protein!!!! Very tasty .... Sugars are on high side but I just looked at one of my Aldi Greek yogurts in fridge and that was 20 gr of sugars.....

Oh wow! I'm going to have to look for this!!!!
