Dear Elliptical, I hate you.
My feet haven't been going numb anymore.. Maybe they just got used to it? LOL.. Ive been at the elliptical for over a month now and can do 45-60 minutes at a time. It is a slow jog at around 6mph but on the treadmill I could only get up to 3mph.. lol

curious?!
What your referring to as the nutrition class we called it Life Skills Workshop, it was for 3 hours for 3 weeks and was basic education, most stuff I had already known. Dietitian / Nutritionist is very helpful, I've seen her for going on 6 months and she helps a lot. We go over what I've ate and the exercise I'm doing and have a weigh in. The physc eval was a breeze. Nothing to worry about. Basic questions on why I want surgery, and knowing all the pros and cons, ect. That its a tool we have to use, its not doing the work on its own. Don't worry. Its all very helpful in this long journey!

Ready to call insurance!
I think you misunderstood what I wrote. I said Insurance said I need a couple more appointments, which the bariatric coordinator still doesn't agree with. I needed more nutrition appointments.

Shoes
I am a big shoe freak. I love my Nikes, Reeboks, Adidas, Jordans... but I do have one type of shoe I love to work out with which is Under Armour! They are the BEST work out shoes. I've noticed in the gym, 90% of shoes are Under Armour. They are the best, try them!

what tests did you have to have done prior to surgery
My surgeon gave me a big list on what is needed prior. I didn't need to complete all of these but most of them I have to. Physical Exam Blood Draw EKG Chest X Ray Cardiac Stress Test Pulmonary Function Test sleep Study EGD Colonoscopy Gallbladder Ultrasound Venous Ultrasound I also needed 6 months nutrition, a physc eval, and 3 weeks of a Life Skills Workshop. It varies for every Bariatric Program tho.
