  8. Today I had my five weeks follow-up and weigh in appointment. I lost 42 lbs since I started my liquid diet. I was striving for more, but my doctor told me that's ok. She wants me to increase my calorie intake to 800 a day on days I work out. She said this should stimulate the body to burn more. Am moving to soft food for 3 months.   12. No reason to be ashamed. I shop many things for the house at Goodwill coz it's a few steps from my house. My husband also buys most of his clothes there. I never found clothes that fit me there, but I'll start visiting it more often. Can't afford buying expensive clothes now that am losing weight constantly. Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk
  13. I had my surgery on Aug 21, came home on 23, back to work on 27. My surgeon told me it was up to me and how I felt. Being at work helped me a lot. Was quite careful at the beginning but now am quite normal. Forgot to say am a university faculty Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk

  20. Hi Am 5 weeks post-op. I started working out at the gym about 2 weeks ago. I prefer early morning because am so busy during the day. My question is: is there a prime time for working out? I mean do we burn more if we work out at specific time of the day? Morning? Afternoon? Evening?
