Five Weeks Out

Today I had my five weeks follow-up and weigh in appointment.

I lost 42 lbs since I started my liquid diet. I was striving for more, but my doctor told me that's ok.

She wants me to increase my calorie intake to 800 a day on days I work out. She said this should stimulate the body to burn more.

Am moving to soft food for 3 months.

Don't wanna feel discouraged & will keep hoping for better :-)
