  10. I find it fastinating that some have taken offense to this post. Usually when I see a topic I am not interested in being a part of, I dont read it or comment on it. I kniw the poster meant no judgement or harm. I understand and agree that it can get a bit much everyday seeing some post about a stall. They are upsetting , but a necessary part of the process. How we handle them is another issue. I cant come to your home or office and keep you from scarfing down brownies. We all make mistakes and sometimes stalls come from mistakes, sometimes not. The fact is, I cant help you through your stall. I have offered encouragement and advice to those in stalls, but really theres not much to say. We all know we have to scale back to basics or.just drive on and wait.it out.
  11. Maybe it.just means swollen
  12. I dont know about the 6 month timeline. I have seen so many you tube videos and everyone continues to lose even after a year, sometimes two years. We just need to keep going and not freak out over stalls.
  13. We all need to realize that we have to let our bodies decide. Its going to take time, and there is going to be a point when we stop losing. We can just keep up with the plan and let our body sort out the rest.
