  2. 39 lbs loss in that short of time is awesome. You ate putting too much pressure on yourself. Just let it happen. Even if you think you can eat a whole salad, cupcakes,etc, ut wont actually fit. You will get sick. Trust in the surgery. You are not your weight! You are a person and I will be damed if a cupcake or scale or salad is going to tell me whos boss
  3. I wonder why no sun for a year. I will ne breaking that. My surgeon never told me anything of the sort
  4. Im having a ct scan tomorrow hopefully my disc disease hasnt gotten so bad that I need surgery. Just maybe some pain injections
  5. Made what I call a pizza swap. Its a egg beaters omlet with mushroom, italian cheese, and a dab of pizza sauce. So good
  6. How far out are you? This hasnt happened to me knock on wood.

  8. I have been having excruciating back pain since surgery. I have fibromyalgia and am unable to take the meds for it. It has been hell

  10. As you lose weigt your posture shifts and people with back injuries or fibromyalgia like me suffer worse. Hoping to get past this and I would feel great!

  12. Make sure you brush and floss well after surgery. Once ypu start chewing thoroughly foods get wedged and will hurt your gums. Brush after every meal. Right now fat is,leaving your nody at an exceletated speed giving you that sick sweet taste.

  15. My back pain has been non stop since surgery. It has been terrible. I get a ct scan this week thank goodness
  16. Ive never gotten it all in. maybe I am a bad example, but I do what I can each day and I dont sweat it. I have bloodwork often and am in fine health. I couldnt even put away 64 oz of water when I was pre op! I know I need to do better, but just wanted to let you know that its not certain death if you dont get it all in. be mindful of your urine. If your pee is very concentrated or not much, you need to put in more fluid. Remember yoyr shakes count as liquid too, as do your pops.

  19. Ive heard a number of people complain about this but in the end they still lose the weight. Worrying just makes you reatin weight. Let the process happen at its own speed
  20. Im not sure how I do with rice. I know pasta and bread are not in my vocabulary
