Victory! Another goal met

I'm so excited!! For my fifty pound loss I went on a hike in the mountains, about an hour total up and down . For my 100 pound loss I also went on a hike in the mountains!!

What a miracle day! We went hiking in the mountains. The hardest hike I've ever done in my life. Up 1300 feet and 4 1/2 hrs long (7 miles). This was up and down then up again. This was climbing tons of stairs that aren't easy like normal stairs and up the mountain over rocks and crawling in small places in a cave!! Ill post pics where you can see those steps behind my son, thise weren't the worst ones!! It was crazy climbing over rocks and up and down steps as high as my knees and so steep you had to hold a handrail or you would fall back!!

I never ever could have done this before and my body would have gotten stuck in some of the places I went today. I kept saying wow I can't believe this. I'm actually doing this and only got tired near the end because I had on the wrong shoes so feet were hurting from stepping in rocks and neck hurt from looking down to try to avoid rocks. Lol. I felt so strong and awesome!! YAY what a blessing!! Maybe now this month long up and down stall will break!

I did suck at dinner. We had frozen yogurt so that was dinner for me. But the rest of the day was fruit and such, protein sooo low though but that's so rare I'm celebrating the hike not the bad food choice. Lol

Thanks guys! I am still sore but not as sore as I was from hiking up a hill less than a mile round trip a few months before surgery. Still so shocked how easy and fun hiking up that mountain was!!

What a great feeling to know that a few short months ago you would never have tried to to reach the top couldn't if your life depended on it. Now look at you go what a inspiration to us all. Keep up the great work. And keep reaching for the stars.

PS. NO PAIN NO LOSS
