Stuck Again
I'm 8 months out and the weight loss is starting to slow;(. I'm not ready. I've been 4 pounds away from a 100 pound loss for a couple of weeks now. Aside from watching water, protein and working out and suggestions?

No Time To Post
Am reading all of you posts. They are all so motivating, and full of helpful hints. Can't wait to post pics myself, and comment more on all of yours. My 10, 7, 5, and 1 year old keep me busy, but look forward to the motivation I get from all of you. Thanks so much!!

Thanks for the comments. Normally I just read everyone else's , but I was excited lately with the scale moving and had to post. Thanks so much!

The Scale Is Moving
Can be stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks and then the scale finally starts moving! This is why I was never successful before surgery. I would quit after 1 week. 4 months post op and I'm down 70lbs!! Best decision ever! ( for anyone who cares )
