Stuck Again

I'm 8 months out and the weight loss is starting to slow;(. I'm not ready. I've been 4 pounds away from a 100 pound loss for a couple of weeks now. Aside from watching water, protein and working out and suggestions?

Just give it time. I was stall for 5 weeks then started losing again.

Im 9 months post op, I had a stall the months of august and september with no weight loss what so ever. I increased my workouts from walking to jogging/running and from 45 minutes to a hour. That got me out of my slump and I started to lose again.

I tried a couple of things to get me out of the slump but the increased exercise was key for me. I heard people that increased their Protein and that got them out of the slump.
