The Scale Is Moving

Can be stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks and then the scale finally starts moving! This is why I was never successful before surgery. I would quit after 1 week.

4 months post op and I'm down 70lbs!!

Best decision ever! ( for anyone who cares )
