  2. That wouldve ticked me off! Ummm hello we are losing it on our own. Its still our body, not like we switched bodies with heidi klum fir a day or something or had lipo...
  3. I need to.do more but as a disabled person walking is new to me as I rode a wheelchair prior to.surgery. I think any movement is a great thing
  4. No the experts say total loss is 60 percent on national average. Not just in a year, but total. I hope to beat it though
  5. I havent had any of these issues. Maybe because ive had a hysterectomy. Could be the hormones.

  7. Yes your pouch is still healing and angry. I had this happen to me at three weeks and the pouch swells and spasms making you unable to eat, have very bad pain
  8. They are disgusting. They smell and taste terrible
  9. I have no desire to do anything. Ive had a hysterectomy though also so that may have a lot to do with it
  10. Does anyone else go to bed super early since surgery? I cant seem to.wait for bed time!
  11. I dont puke or poo from my dumping...but oh how I wish I could. For me its nausea, cramping, dizziness, hot flashing. Lying down is the only option.
