    Friday Weigh-In!

I'm going to start posting weigh in's. Surgery date. Nov. 2012 SW:247 CW:168 I was in a stall at 174 for months due to bad habits. I did the 5 day pouch test and I am back on track and lot some weight. I will be sticking to this.
  5. Hello, thank you for replying to me and I want to that you for your support for the military, that mean a lot. I want to personally thank you for your post. I stopped logging and when I ate something bad I just said "its already done might as well eat bad the whole day" That was the wrong way of thinking. I also starting drinking, I lost my mother suddenly and my day 10 months later so drinking helped me cope. I haven't had a drink in 2 weeks but its a struggle. It's great having support, I really needed to read your post and glad I have a community to help. Thanks again.
  6. Thank you and good luck with your upcoming surgery. I don't regret it at all.
  7. Thank you for replying and giving me the link. I'm going to do the pouch test and start new. Thanks again.
  8. Hello everyone, I had my surgery in Nov 2012. I was active on the forum until after surgery. 6 months after surgery my husband received orders to a new duty station and I no longer had the support of my surgeon and his staff. I tried to do it alone..... up until now. I am struggling with food choices, exercise and motivation. I can't do this alone and need support from a community that knows what I am going through. I am weighing in at 170 and have been stalled forever. I decided to become active again with the forum. I feel like a failure because I know what I am doing wrong.

Need tips on breaking a stall.

Thanks for the advice. You had a long stall... I know how you feel 5 months p. o and been on a stall for 2 weeks now. I'm going to set goals for myself. Thanks again, I will be taking your advice also.
  10. I've been struggling with quite a few stalls, can anyone share your experiences about yours, how long did it last? Did you change anything and your stall was over? Any advice will be great.

    Friday Weigh-In!

202 again this week. getting very discouraged even though I know it's a stall.
  14. I can't do beef. I can do chicken when it's really tender. I can so boiled egg only half of it. I'm still drinking the shakes even though I hate it. I need other options. I got sick off of a few things.
