  1. I know when its that time of month its nothing for me to be 5 pounds heavier
  2. I am so happy!!! I did it!!!! I have lost the weight I gained from quitting smoking and the amount of. 5 pounds NP wanted me to lose prior to weigh in on Monday. I have lost total almost 8 pounds!!
  3. I do mine in October 3rd then October 4 going to pcp for final weigh in (surgeon is out of town and my appointment with him isn't until October 23)and they are going to put a rush on it in case my husband gets laid off. So hopefully by that Monday the 8th it will be sent to get approval
  4. Yes anume stay strong. I wish I had ideas to help keep your mind off things. And its awful you have to do such a long pre diet. My doc only requires one week prior
  5. It doesn't but it does help keep your mind busy and its always good to ne prepared and organized
  6. Hmm well I haven't tried it but my grandma used it a lot instead of noodles in spaghetti. Spaghetti squash. I guess the insides are like spaghetti noodles.
  7. I have never been a soda drinker thank goodness but coffee oh boy. I have been trying but it is one thing that helps curb my appetite and I can't afford to gain any right now. I have been drinking half regular and then I will fix a pot of decaf so I am trying

  9. Your not losing anything!! You will be gaining self confidence, energy, a longer healthier life!! And you will still later in have that stuff but only in moderation. And I bet once you see the new you, you will not want to go back!!
  10. Be strong. It will ne over before you know it!! Find something that will keep you motivated with the eye on the prize. Like look at outfits and focus!! You can do this!!

  14. I am hoping for surgery in October not sure yet. So my name shouldn't be in the list just yet. I am still just a cheerleader LOL
  15. Try using plain old saline nasal spray 3-4 times a day. This always helped me get rid of colds faster
  16. My surgeon says 90-100g after surgery. I have read other people's stalls and it usually helped them upping the protein and exercise

  18. Congrats Kerri!! I actually went today to get me a month supply of.vitamins ams a few weeks of soup. Oh and 2 boxes of Gas X. Hope that's enough LOL. If anyone has Kroger's their vitamins are bogo right now good time to stalk up since we will be taking these for the rest of our lives
  19. So I went today and got my after surgery vitamins. The Flintstones biotin calcium citrate gas x strips a couple more tubs of protein powder a bunch of cream of soups and broths
  20. So you are limited to just one cup of those a day? Or at a meal 1 cup?
  21. I have a question ...when you are on the liquid diet were you limited to how many calories?? I mean protein shakes can add up being 100 or more calories and SF jello.5 calories each
