I'm new, had surgery July 30th, 2012, currently still on a liquid diet, and in one week I have lost 32 lbs.....I am interested how I continue to progress.

I love sherbet, but when I checked the containers in the grocery store they had too much sugar. My surgeon said anything over 17g will cause dumping. Thoughts? I'd love frozen yogurt from a ice cream place, but still afraid of dumping.

That's true, I should be paying attention if I go places. My 14 year old pays better attention than I do, she was out with my mom recently and they'd gone for ice cream in Harwich, she came home and said.....they had sugar free, mom.....lol. Needless to say, I want to go there before it closes.
