  1. I want to be around 140. My preop weight was 288. My current weight is 240. I am 5'2" and had my surgery on 6/6/12. I'd be happy with anywhere near 150 actually as long as I am healthy and can be active. That's what I'm missing...being active.
  2. I joined a 24 hour gym in my area (cape cod) and love it. Every day I see different types of people in there. They are all working on themselves and so am I. I am 5'2" and 240 down from 288. I surprise myself every time I try a new machine. Started on the treadmill. Now I can do the elliptical for 15 minutes! And I had a session with a personal trainer for weight training. I find my stress level is down and my weight is falling off. My key to success is put yourself first and don't think about what others may think.
  3. At first I didn't know when I was hungry. Now I hear my stomach making noise and my head feels a little swimmy. When I couldn't tell, I just ate 3 times a day at regular times. That way I was sure to get my nutrients in.
