  1. Prayers to everyone that is now on the losers bench. Hope you all heal quickly. Heading to the hospital for pre op testing today. Surgery December 17th. Getting closer.

  4. Who is your surgeon/hospital? Having my surgery at St. Elizabeth's in Brighton, MA.
  5. Awesome! Good luck tomorrow and sending prayers that you'll come out safe and okay.
  6. My dietician said do a modified diet. maybe start with Protein shake for breakfast. lunch salad with a protein on it. And healthy dinner. Chix fish meat with side salad veggies. I did have whole grain rice at dinner. The small microwave ones. Water water water. I also had a Greek yogurt in between breakfast and lunch. And cut up green peppers in between lunch and dinner. Then week before surgery I would do shake for breakfast and lunch and same dinner above unless they stick you on a liquid diet prior to surgery. if you can get some exercise in there too, that helps. I have 15 to lose prior to surgery too.
  7. Anesthesiologist will be more apt to cancel you. its very unsafe to put you under with a cough. Chances of pnemonia. Plus coughing will hurt your pouch.

  9. That's awesome idea and so doable except the day we have surgery and days after. But I will do it up til surgery day December 17th. At least my legs will be stronger. Lol

  20. Why does the list of December surgeries look they way it does? Maybe it's just because I'm viewing on my cell but their is codes everywhere.
  21. Just curious if there is any helpful cup that you all use to drink your water liquids? Straw no straw?
  22. I was approved and I only have hypothyroid (under active thyroid) and sleep apnea. And obviously a high BMI. Morbidly obese. I think you have to prove so many years of failed diets.
