That's great, just don't overdue it like I did. I was in the gym 2 weeks after my surgery and almost passed out. I'm very hard headed (LOL). My doctor told me that I wasn't taking in enough calories to be going to the gym to burn off calories. To anyone that has saggy skin, I have a small amount of hanging skin in the belly area, but no sagging on my legs or arms. Very little stretch marks. My doctor said I didn't have the sagging problem because I had Solid Fat. Plus I was in the gym way before I was suppose to be. I was just determined to not have the excessive skin hanging. I can wear shorts & pencil Skirts without being worried about my legs or thights. I'm not worried about my stomach I've had 5 children so I already didn't have a flat stomach.
