if you like seafood imitation crab meat is really yummy and easy on the stomach too. tuna, baked fish all high protien and easy to handle.

in a few days the restriction feeling will hit you! i did the same thing. at first everything was normal then all of a sudden i could only eat a spoon or two at a time. weird, i know but that's what happened to me. just go very slow!!!! and put down the bread! lol

i'm soo sorry your husband is a total jerk! i am all alone, i have nobody, no friends and no family around except my 4 yo daughter. i did it and so can you. you deserve the chance to be healthy and happy. don't let anyone rob you of that! your husband has problems. that doesn't mean that they have to become yours also. be strong and you will be just fine!!! hugs

i am not quite 4 weeks out of surgery and my pants are so big i decided to buy some smaller. was wearing 26 or 3x tried on size 18 and they fit!!! haven't wore that size in almost 6 years!!!!! happy dance!!! lol

poor baby! keep her out of the basement while your cleaning, dust probably won't help. wish the best for you both! hugs

i did the nesting thing too! lol do what you feel like you need to do. everything will be fine. try not to worry so much. if you do forget something, you have someone that can help you, and go get it for you! i did everything with the help of my amazing 4 year old daughter. she was my only help, but she was wonderful! if i can get through this with no adult help, i think you will breeze right through! good luck and relax a bit!

been having the left side pain something terrible! untill.... i got bored with my living room, so i moved it around @ 3.5 weeks after surgery. well i went to bed and rolled over gently so i wouldn't hurt my side, and i heard a pop! weird but went on too sleep. well i wake up through the night and roll over, check on my daughter, what ever and i started noticing NO PAIN! so when i get up this morning get my child ready for school, get in the car and everything else still no pain. not complaining at all!!!!! the only thing i can figure is the staple they use to keep me together inside popped loose. whatever it was, thank god!!!! no more pain!!!! I FEEL GREAT!!! have a wonderful day!!!!!

the first of the year i weighed 301. date of surgery 8/24/12 i weighed 261. i lost 40lbs on my own. since surgery i have only lost 17lbs. almost a month! getting my protien and water and i run after a crazy busy 4 year old! lol everyone else seems to be losing soooo much more than me. what's up with that? confused!!! and aggrivated!

just the hormones, your body is going a little crazy right now trying to figure out what is happening. just relax it will pass. if it gets too bad talk to your dr. but it should get better soon. if you need to talk or vent let it out. you will feel better

are you very moody?

surgery date 8/24/12 and i am still in pain(left side). it really helps to wear a brace. dr. told me might last 7-8 weeks. gas does seem to make it worse because it pushes out on the muscle in my stomach. gas-x is a friend of mine. lol hope ya feel better soon!
