My nutritionist won't allow gummy vitamins because there aren't enough vitamins in them. Double check to see if your surgeon/nutritionist allows them.

for calcium they told me to take extra strength tums

I take 2 chewable flinstones vitamins, 2 gummyb12 and Caltrate 600+D You can buy them at Wal-Mart or Costco

My dr recommended Bariatric fusion has all the Vitamins and minerals I need in one chewable tablet. I take it four times a day.

I take Vitafusion Multi-vites, the jar says take 2/day I take 3/day. Right after surgery I was having a hard time swallowing all the vitimans and getting a big belly ache. So I switched to all chewable. Now that I am almost 6 months post op as I use up each vitiman I am switching to the non chewables. My B12 is sublingual and I think it is NaturesWay, Iron is TwinLab, calcium I forget what brand and Biotin is TwinLab.
