don what do you eat? on a typical day?

sorry it took less than a week from the time they submitted to insurance and they called me to set up a date for surgery 3 weeks later.

i know how you feel! everything will be fine! i did it with just my 4 yo daughter to help me! yea it sucks going alone but we gotta do what we gotta do to get where we need to be! good luck and hugs!

today would have been my oldest son Levi's 19th birthday. last night his 19 year old cousin hurt herself and has not woke up yet. she is in the hospital and her family is in need of prayers and love!!!! thank you all

sounds funny... but after surgery i had trouble burping also so i would wobble around in my chair and pat my chest like i was burping a baby. it helped me. good luck!

it makes my hair feel oily also so i use suave dry shampoo spray when i dry my hair and it takes the oily feeling and look away.

i started using 21st century 5000mcg biotin once a day and garniea nutrice fall fight shampoo and suave keratin conditioner and my hair and nails have never been stronger or healthier! good luck!

i'm 2 months out day of surgery 261 today 227. i feel the same way! it's coming off, but slowly. yes it does get aggrivating!

you can have fat free or low fat gravy or low fat cream of chicken soup.

make something low fat and low sugar that u can eat also. hope u feel better!

i haven't taken the shots for over a month and i still have a few lumps left from them.

i had surgery on the 24th highest weight 301 day of surgery 261 today 228. feeling wonderful!!!!

had my surgery on august 24th

yup that's my average. every once in a while it will be 4 or 5 lbs a week
