Hair Loss!

i'M not sure if this is normal but i'm losing SO much hair.. Is there anyway i can prevent it.. or atleast help it. It's really upsetting me ;l I mean it's just hair but my hair is so thin as it is!

    i started using 21st century 5000mcg biotin once a day and garniea nutrice fall fight shampoo and suave keratin conditioner and my hair and nails have never been stronger or healthier! good luck!

    Jenn... I have been using the garnier fall fright for about 4 months. Big difference... the conditioner rinses out but still makes my hair feel greasy but when I dry it it is fine... good luck!!

    it makes my hair feel oily also so i use suave dry shampoo spray when i dry my hair and it takes the oily feeling and look away.
